Katy O’Donnell is a lifelong Chicagoland resident, now calling Downers Grove home. Her sales background, marketing prowess, keen negotiation skills, and extensive business acumen afford her clients the insight necessary for real estate success. Katy believes in forging lasting relationships with her clients that go beyond their closing.
Katy has always been passionate about real estate, and wanted to get more involved in the business after overseeing the building of two new construction homes for her family. Her personal experience with new construction homes allows her to offer a unique perspective to clients interested in building their own custom home or purchasing new construction. Katy understands that the decision to buy or sell a home can often feel overwhelming for her clients, and she works tirelessly to ensure that process is seamless. Highly adept at problem-solving, Katy is known for her creative approach and solutions to ensure her clients secure the best deal.
In her free time, Katy enjoys exploring her community with her husband and three children. She is very active in her children’s PTA. She also serves as a board member of the Lester Community Playground, a non-profit that built an inclusive playground with equipment that is accessible to children of all abilities and developmental levels. Katy considers herself a well-rounded foodie, and loves to experience the latest culinary trend or fine glass of wine with friends and family.
